Due to Washington State laws and regulations, we cannot sell alcohol. You will need to purchase the alcohol, which will then be mixed and served by our bartenders. This will essentially save you money! However, all of the prep work leading up to your alcohol purchase will be done by us – we will help you to decide what you need to order, how much you need to order, and when/where it should arrive.

Yes, we have general and liquor liability insurance.

We are located in Seattle, Washington, and provide our services within a 25-mile radius of the city. If you require our services beyond this radius, we will be happy to travel further for an additional travel fee. For events that require a travel time of more than 1 1/2 hours, we may request prepaid accommodations, which will depend on when your event ends.

We can serve at private events. This includes weddings, birthday parties, baby or bridal showers, corporate parties, fundraisers, etc. For public events, it is the responsibility of the client to secure necessary permitting. Events must not be operating as a "cash bar", as we are unable to sell alcohol from our trailer.

We have a white 62" satellite bar to accommodate any party.

Yes, our vehicles are available for photoshoots and other non-service-related events. Connect with us for rates.

A 50% retainer of the total cost is required to reserve your date. This retainer isnon-refundable. The remaining balance is due 90 days before the event date. Weaccept bank transfers and credit card payments.

If you cancel your event more than 90 days before the scheduled date, you willreceive a refund of your second payment. Please note that the initial retainer is non-refundable.If your event needs to be postponed, we’re happy to reschedule contracted servicesbased on availability (please see our Postponement Policy in the contract for details).In the rare event that Salted Rim must cancel, a full refund will be issued promptly.

The trailer bar requires sufficient space for pulling through, turning around, and parking. It must also be on flat ground for setup and servicing. To optimize your rental, ensure the location is within 100 feet of an outlet. If no power source is accessible, you can rent our generator for an extra fee.

We highly appreciate our experienced bartenders and guarantee they are paid fairly for their service. A 20% gratuity is automatically included in all bar packages, and a tip jar will be available at the event unless you specify otherwise. Gratuity is based on the pre-tax and fee cost of the bar package.

Once you submit an inquiry and provide us with the basic information for your event,After submitting your inquiry and providing basic event details, you'll gain access to our HoneyBook-powered marketplace, where you can browse all offerings and prices. We'll contact you with a preliminary proposal. Once everything is finalized, you'll pay a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. We'll stay in touch until the day of the event!
